
Crossword Cybersecurity acquires Stega UK
Crossword Cybersecurity, the technology company, announced that the acquisition of Sega UK has been completed. Crossword Cybersecurity is a technology commercialization company with its prime focus on the cybersecurity sector.
With this acquisition which amounts up to £1.8m, Crossword Cybersecurity looks forward to bring important solutions like threat intelligence and monitoring services on board. This will bring in 30 new customers to the wider group, bringing the total of the paying clients to 100-plus. The acquisition was followed by Crossword’s £5m fundraising through a share placing.

Stega started its operations in 2016, where it facilitates its client through managed cybersecurity services, saving businesses from both internal and external threats. It is run by Phil Ashley, its Chief executive, since its inception. The Team of Ashley plans to join Crossword after the acquisition and work together with their consulting team.
On this occasion Tom Ilube, Chief executive officer of Crossword Cybersecurity, welcomed him and his crew. He acknowledges the fact that this acquisition would help them to minimize the cyber risks for the clients along with higher growth in terms of revenue.
Phil Ashley also portrayed a feeling of delight for becoming a part of the Crossword team, where he looks to serve to a wider customer base. He also looks forward to using the company’s strong structure, relationships, and determined team for enhanced revenue and growth.
This marks Crossword’s second acquisition in the current year, and the company considers it to be an important one for taking its profits to the next level.
